Group online sessions are approximately an hour and 20 minutes. I will start by introducing everyone to breathwork and what you can potentially experience. We will then move into one hour of deep breathing accompanied by healing tones to influence a trance-like state. We will close with an opportunity to ask/answer questions and share about your experience. Set an intention and allow yourself to surrender and release trapped emotion/trauma.
Private one on one session exploring the practice of Pranayama. We will work on purifying the body of toxins in addition to cultivating more prana in the body giving you added immunity and vitality. Pranayama also helps align the physical and energetic body, as well as bringing the chakras back into balance.
Private in-person sessions are approximately 2 hours, available to individuals or couples. I will start by introducing you to breathwork and what you can potentially experience. We will warm up with gentle yoga and then move into deep breathing accompanied by healing tones to induce a trance-like state while I administer bodywork to release energetic blocks. I will lead and guide you as you journey. We will close our session with post journey coloring and discussion to help you integrate your experience.
