ASEA | 3 DAY FAST FOR GAZA OPENING

I am so excited to announce this!

FASTING FOR GAZA

I will be holding a global Redox Fast January 16th to 19th. This is a 3 day (72 hour fast). I will be committing to fasting for 5 days ending on the 21st and invite anyone who would like to commit to that to join me as well. We will be fasting with a bottle of Redox per day and spring water or with the Lumi Vitae Hydrogen water bottle if you have one!

Right now our brothers and sisters in Gaza are without food and water, they are somehow managing to get clean water on occasion. Some people are dying of starvation in the refugee camps. In Solidarity with GAZA, we will fast and be donating 100% of the funds to the people in relief in Gaza. The war will be won within. I really want as many souls participating in this as humanly possible.

Every single man on the planets body is designed to fast, some women feel incredible doing occasional fasting for healing and deep spiritual connection. For all the sisters, if one small meal per day feels better for you then you can do that. I also invite you to lean into any resistance that might be wanting to make it easier. As someone, who has done 2 week long fasts alone in the mountains, fasting on a redox is NOTHING like fasting on just water. There is an immense amount of extra support emotionally, physically, energetically, and hunger wise. On my Day 6 in the mountains I was blown away that I was not super hungry like I was during my water fasts. Fasting on REDOX truly is a game changer on so many levels. So we will 'fight' against the forces that seek to enslave humanity through activating our DNA and continuing to let go of old programing in form of heavy metals, chemicals, pesticides, and other toxins.

DISCLAIMER: If you have not done a cleanse or a fast recently, you want to get the ASEA Redox as soon as possible so you can "flick the light switch on" as soon as possible before we begin the fast. I would recommend doing an enema, coffee enema, or series of colonics, sauna, lymphatic drainage exercises, mini trampoline jumping, or anything to do some deep release of toxins before we fast if you have not done a deep cleanse in a long time. You can incorporate a sauna each day or hot and cold therapy during the fast. If you currently have a lot of toxins in your body, remember alot of waste will be moving through and out of your body so you can have small rashes appear on your body which is a good thing because that means things are being released from your body that are not meant to be there!
