In Person Dimensional Breathwork

The human body is it’s own miraculous healer and I want to help you uncover the intelligence that lies dormant inside all of us. Sessions are approximately 2 hours, available to individuals or couples. I will start by introducing you to breathwork and what you can potentially experience, then we'll warm up with light yoga. We will then move into deep breathing accompanied by healing tones to induce a trance-like state while I administer bodywork to release energetic blocks. We will close with post journey coloring and discussion to help you integrate your experience. Breathwork taps into the central nervous system to calm the mind and purify the body.
