This is Workshop is definitely the longest and most intimate one I have planned.

We are going deep into the heart on this one. It's all about connection, authentic relating and sharing and being seen.

You’ll be leaving this workshop feeling completely renewed and a safe space to give rise to anything that arises and feel completely safe.

We will be open up the ceremony with a transmission.

Then we will go into the heart chakra with some cacao and after that go layers deeper with the heart and the breath.

Trust me if you are here…just surrender. Its going to be magical beyond words.

We will be ending the workshop with some crystal bowls and a wide open heart completely to go back home to your families.
