Dimensional Breathwork is an opportunity to go deep into our body and heart and have a safe space to alchemize what is not ours to carry any longer. The power of the breath and the space will provide for profound renewal and release as we step into these incredibly powerful months ahead.
I always recommend eating 2 hours before or more if possible so you’re not digesting food and using that energy for healing.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Something warm and cozy
• Blanket (pillow if that feels good)
• Sleep mask
• Open heart
